8 Lasagna noodles
1 T Garlic Powder
1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzerella cheese
1 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
Prepare the noodles according to instructions on the box.
In a medium size bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta cheese, garlic and half of the mozzeralla cheese.
Spread each noodle with spinach mixture. Roll-up firmly, jelly-roll fashion.
Pour spaghetti sauce into skillet. Place lasagna roll-ups with seam sides down into the skillet.
Bring sauce to a boill, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle rolls with remaining mozzeralla cheese. Cover again and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Great with french bread and a salad.
